This property is appointed with all the comforts of home: Gas golf cart, 2 bedrooms, 1 King bed in the master, 1 Queen bed in the guest room, 2 baths, one with shower in the master, guest bath has tub shower combo. Outside open patio with gas grill, enclosed lanai with love seat and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen.
You will have two options to obtain a guess pass. A guest ID is free but if you want to make any type of reservation such as golf tee times you will need to purchase a Lifestyle ID. There is a $50.00 fee for 2 IDs and this is not included in the rent cost. The passes are only valid during the time of your stay. I will send additional information prior to your stay so these can be ordered and ready when you arrive.
The golf cart is being provided as a courtesy. If for any reason the cart does not function properly you will not be given a replacement cart. You will be responsible for renting your own cart. If you would like to rent a cart instead please let us know.
