All of our suites have air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and blackout blinds for a restful night's sleep, a refreshing natural breeze and abundant natural light during the day. Each with a modern ensuite bathroom boasts an open-plan rain shower, a single wash basin, and shelving units for your essentials.
The Manor Suite (Level 1)
This airy, sunlit room features a spacious king-size bed adorned with elegant cotton drapes and ambient lighting. It also offers a private balcony overlooking the lagoon with a cosy sofa and side table. Designed with comfort and functionality in mind, the suite includes a dedicated work area with a long desk, Wi-Fi access, ample storage, and beautiful décor elements like handcrafted vases and natural fibre rugs.
The Garden Suite (Ground level)

It offers a private veranda with garden access overlooking the lagoon and a cosy sofa and table. The Nest (Ground level)
Offering a harmonious blend of comfort and style, the Nest features two matrimonial beds beautifully dressed with cotton linens and ambient lighting. This spacious room boasts tasteful décor and ample storage, ideal for families or couples travelling together, including natural fibre rugs, wardrobes, coat hooks, and luggage shelves. The Nest has a private deck area furnished with a cosy sofa and elegant lighting.
The Gallery (Ground level)
Perfect for friends or family, The Gallery offers a beautifully designed communal space featuring four single beds, each adorned with elegant cotton linens and soft ambient lighting. This spacious room is thoughtfully furnished with handcrafted décor, natural fibre rugs, and a generous amount of storage, including wardrobes, coat hooks, and luggage shelves.
The Gallery includes a dedicated workspace with a long desk, six power outlets, and Wi-Fi, making it easy to stay connected and productive. The room opens to a shared outdoor area leading to the garden area, perfect for relaxing amidst the lush surroundings.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive private access to the entire property, including the lagoon palapa, meditation hall, rooftop pool, kayaks, paddleboards, and all common areas. For your additional comfort, the property has live-in concierge managers.

A non-refundable insurance fee of $4000mxn, payable by credit card before arrival.
Villa pre-stock option: If you want to take advantage of our villa pre-stock option, we require a $20,000mxn deposit. This money is used to purchase the items you choose so that the villa has groceries, snacks, and refreshments of your choice when you arrive. This service incurs a 20% service fee, which is added to the total cost of the items we purchase for you.
Rates are based on full property buyout to a maximum of 16 people.

Guest access
When you hire Onze Bacalar, you have private and exclusive access to the entire property. Enjoy all amenities, including the professional kitchen, dining and sala areas, rooftop pool and bar, firepit, and lagoon-side palapa. Guests fully use our kayaks and stand-up paddleboards to explore the lagoon at their leisure. This sanctuary is yours to experience in complete privacy, offering the perfect setting for a truly unforgettable stay.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM to respect the peaceful environment.
Parties: Small gatherings are allowed with prior approval. Large parties and events are not permitted.
Smoking: No smoking inside the property. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
Pets: Not allowed on the property unless prior approval is granted.
Children’s Safety: Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the pool, rooftop areas, and lagoon.

3. Health & Safety
Safety Equipment: Fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and emergency contact information are provided throughout the property.
Safety Guidelines: Please adhere to water safety rules when using the lagoon. Certain areas are restricted for safety reasons.

Tulum international airport is 2hrs 15mins from Onze Bacalar.
Transportation Recommendations: Renting a car is suggested for exploring the area. Private transfers can be arranged upon request.
Nearby Attractions: The town of Bacalar, restaurants, local markets, and historic sites are within a 10-minute drive.

Activities: We can arrange private lagoon tours, yoga sessions, wellness treatments, and cultural excursions.
In-House Experiences: Enjoy chef-prepared meals, personalised wellness sessions, or private boat trips on the lagoon.

Charging Ports: Plenty of power outlets are available in each room, including the work areas.

8. Accessibility
Features: Ground-floor suites and ramps provide easier access. Please note that some areas, such as the rooftop and lagoon, have stairs.
Challenges: Uneven terrain throughout the property and isn't suitable for guests with mobility issues.
