The Space:
Ideal for large families, groups of friends, retreats, Neranya is a spacious villa that can comfortably accommodate 20 people.
Ample in size, distributed on multiple levels, it provides plenty of space and privacy, being made up of 5 separate apartments.

Villa Neranya offers incredible views of the bay of Nerano.

The villa has a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, free parking, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

A daily cleaning service from Monday to Saturday is also included in the villa rental.

Villa Neranya is located in the countryside of Massa Lubrense, 1 km from the nearest village of Monticchio, and its bars, restaurants and shops.
The nearest beach, the beautiful Marina del Cantone and its famous restaurants, is only 5 km away. Sorrento is 13 km away, Positano, 19 km, and the nearest airport, Naples, is 60 km away.

In order to reach the property and move around independently during your stay, it is necessary to rent a car or scooter.
if you do not plan to drive, the Concierge service of Feeling Italy can assist you with quotes and reservations for any type of transfer and tour, as well as extraordinary in-villa meals prepared by our Chef, and Pizza experiences with our pizzaiolol.

Capri Suite:
Apartment with two bedrooms (one double, one twin with a third pull-out bed that becomes a triple) and a living room. Two bathrooms, both in each bedroom, one with a Jacuzzi and the other with a shower,

Apartment with two double bedrooms and a living room. Two bathrooms, one with a shower in the master bedroom, one with a Jacuzzi and the other with a shower, fully equipped kitchen.

Other Things to Note:
Events and Gatherings: Any events or gatherings must receive prior approval from Feeling Italy. Unauthorized events are not permitted on the property.

Private Chef and Catering Services: Outside catering and chef services require prior approval from Feeling Italy. We are happy to arrange special services for you upon request.

Wood Oven Usage: Available for use exclusively by a professional pizza chef provided by Feeling Italy. Contact us to schedule this service.

Accessibility: The multi-level layout and stairways throughout Villa Neranya may pose challenges for guests with limited mobility.
