On the ground floor, a large entrance hall leads to the living room of 60 m² and to the kitchen. Each of these two rooms gives access to outdoor terraces, the largest of which is bordered by a summer kitchen with pizza oven and barbecue while the other, well shaded, becomes summer, the favorite of lovers of cards and darts.
The area, for its part, offers residents free access to 3 tennis courts, 1 volleyball court, a large pétanque court, mini-golf, a large aquatic complex, and for lovers of the sea, access direct to a private cove and the famous coastal path that leads from Bandol to St Cyr.
