The villa is located in a residential area with many restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Port d'Alcúdia is one of the most consolidated resorts in Mallorca, where you can find all possible amenities. It has good connections with the coastal towns around, since there is a bus route, just a two-minute walk, which covers the areas from Port de Pollença to Can Picafort. The apartment is very close to Albufera National Park, which is ideal for walking or cycling and enjoying the Mediterranean fauna and flora within. However, what stands out in the area is the large sandy beach with crystal-clear waters which has been awarded the European Union’s prestigious Blue Flag, in meeting all the requirements of comfort, cleanliness and accessibility.

As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot / cold air conditioning units in the living rooms and in a bedroom. In the other rooms you will find radiators and fans at your disposal.
