A beautiful Provençal house, perched on a hill overlooking a typical Provencal landscape of olive groves and vineyards (NB: estate vineyards "La Bastide du Plan" renowned for the quality of its wines), with the distance of the mountains in Bagnols Forest. The house is on 2 levels, on a plot of 4000 m2 with trees (oaks, olive trees ...) suitable for games or relaxation. The pool and jacuzzi are fully fenced and sunny until early evening. A large secure trampoline (4.50 m in diameter) is also available. Many shaded areas allow to take meals, appetizers or just enjoy the surroundings. The pretty village of Callas and shops are within 2 km. All activities of a perfect summer season are possible in the area: Sea, lakes (St Cassian and Ste Croix), rivers, mountains.
