This holiday cottage is one of two delightful semi-detached properties available seperately or together (FAD090 and FAD290). They are situated on the edge of a small hamlet. Each cottage has its own private pool in a rear secluded garden along with a sun terrace for outdoor dinning. The interior is light and modern with a touch of cottage style to blend well with the exterior sandstone walls. Also available on site throughout the year is a Sauna & Bain Nordique (Hot Tub) in the open air, reservations and payments directly with the owner. Bergerac centre is just a short drive away with various historical sites, monuments and caves to visit. The airport is just 15minutes drive from the property. A large equestrian centre is within walking distance from the property along with canoeing on the rivers Dordogne and Vézère and a 4 hectares fishing lake all nearby. The region is well- know for its gastronomy and excellent wines. Equipment for a baby (free) on request.
