Peninsula Cottage is located in Durasevici, a village in the municipality of Tivat situated in the southwestern region of Montenegro. The climate in the area is warm and temperate during the summer with rainy winters. Tivat Airport is conveniently located at a 15-minute drive from the cottage.

This rural style cottage fits perfectly into the countryside setting with its red-tiled roof, green shutters and its exposed stone walls. Inside you will find exposed stone and brick feature walls throughout with a mix of rustic and modern decor. This charming cottage has a homely feel, it has two bedrooms and one bathroom making it ideal for a small family, a couples retreat or a tight-knit group of friends.

Peninsula Cottage has an open plan living space which includes a lounge, kitchen and dining area. The small modern kitchen is fully equipped and ready to use, and there is a four-seater table available for you to enjoy your home-cooked meals. The lounge gives out a lovely cosy vibe with pops of vibrant colour from the comfy sofas and a stone fireplace, a great space if you fancy a snug evening indoors. The property has two bedrooms both with queen-sized beds; the rooms have a rustic look to them with stone walls and dark furnishings. One of the rooms has access to its own balcony area where you will find a small table and chair set, a great place to enjoy a morning coffee while taking in the views. The modern bathroom comes with a shower.

The property offers a fantastic outside space for you to make the most of. From the various stone courtyards, you will be able to admire the mixed scenery which offers views of the green landscape with similar properties dotted throughout and stunning views of the sea and mountainous backdrop. Take a dip in the private swimming pool, relax in the sauna or lay back with a drink in your hand on the sunbeds. There is a barbecue, utility area and picnic table also available for your use, great for having a lovely meal outside while taking in the beautiful surroundings.

#### Location
Peninsula Cottage is located in the small village of Durasevici in the municipality of Tivat. This area forms part of the territory surrounding the famous bay of Kotor. The bay is known locally as Boka Kotorska and boasts of the stunning scenery of blue waters surrounded by greenery, towering mountains and various cities and towns.

In the vicinity of the cottage there are several restaurants a short drive away and there is a small supermarket within a 23 minute walk, if you want to stock up for the holiday a larger supermarket called HDL Kotor can be reached within a 15 minute drive, in this area you will also find a cash machine, pharmacy and petrol station. There are two beaches nearby that can be reached in under 10 minutes by car. Solila Beach is a modern pebble beach with clear water and scenic views; it has all the necessary facilities on site including restaurant, bar and sunbed and umbrella hire. Plavi Horizonti beach has a sandy shore and is set in a picturesque inlet surrounded by palm trees which offer shaded areas. There is a restaurant and bar on-site and facilities for hiring sun loungers and parasols. If you fancy a bit of snorkelling, then swim out to the rockier areas where you will get a glimpse of the sea life.

If you fancy exploring some of the local towns, then both Tivat and Kotor can be reached within a 20 minutes drive. The small town of Tivat has plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. Some of the points of interest include Bucha Palace, Sveti Roko church and the Naval Heritage Museum which houses over 300 exhibits and has two large and impressive submarines to explore outside.

Porto Montenegro is a great place for a walk, stroll along the waterfront and jetties admiring the yachts and scenery, there is always the fun option of hiring a boat or taking a tour to explore the local surrounding areas. Kotor is also well worth a visit, make sure you spend time wandering around the narrow winding streets of The Old Town. If you are up for a challenge, then start the 1355 zigzagged stair climb up to the fortress of San Giovanni, once you reach the top you will be rewarded by stunning views of the old town and bay. Some of the other top attractions include Saint Tryphon's Cathedral, Saint Nicholas' Church, Saint Luke's Church and Trg od Oruzja (Square of arms), the picturesque and bustling main town square.
