It has panoramic view overlooking the sea and Platja d'Aro and it is surrounded by a beautiful and green garden and swimmingpool. The house is cozy and has his tasted full 70s atmosphere. The house has an 80m2 living room with kitchen. The living room has a lot of light through the large windows. You will find a nice sitting area, a lounge corner and a dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped; dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven and has an outside door. Bedrooms Bedroom 1: two single beds (90x180)
Bedroom 2: ensuite with two single beds (90x180) and a bathroom with toilet and shower, this bedroom has access to the balcony.
Bedroom 3: two single beds (90x180) and has sea views.
Bedroom 4: two single beds (90x180) and sea view.
Bedroom 5: ensuite bedroom and has two single beds (90x180) a direct access to the balcony and a private bathroom with shower and an extra door to the hall.
There is a separate bathroom with bath / shower combination and sink and there is a separate toilet.

Bedroom 6: this bedroom is located under the house, it has access through the garden. This room has a double bed (130x180) and a private bathroom with bath / shower combination. Poolhouse Next to the swimming pool (125x600) is a guest house for four people.
Bedroom 7: two single beds (90x180)
Bedroom 8: two single beds (90x180) with two single beds and a private bathroom with shower. The house has a laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities. Here is an extra freezer and fridge. In the large green garden you can enjoy a fantastic view of Platja d'Aro. Here you will find a big swimmingpool of 125x600.
House with an ideal location for golfers: seven of 18 holes less than 35 minutes. The house is provided with:
