In another part of the garden, on a hillock, a Jacuzzi 6 places offers a space of relaxation.
The lower terrace is furnished with a living room, a large dining table and swiveling parasols. This terrace gives access to the entrance of the villa, the swimming pool, the jacuzzi and the flowery walkway in front of the living room welcoming 2 electric planchas.
The decking terrace of about 320 m² is accessible from the rooms but also from the lower terrace by a staircase that runs along the villa. On this one a sitting area as well as sunbeds and umbrellas allow to enjoy a new point of view on the sea and the hills.
Another small terrace allows access from one bedroom to the pool.
The patio opening onto the living room, the kitchen, the dining room and the hallway to the swimming pool is designed to be able to take meals or enjoy the chairs.

The beach of Saint-Clair (that we see from the villa) is within walking distance (about 12 minutes - 700 meters). However, there is parking at the entrance to the beach. The beach of La Fossette is about the same distance.
