Review Juan-les-Pins - Summer 2019 (rue Dulys 28, Juan les Pins)
What a beautiful place is this on the busy southern French coast! During our stay we fully enjoyed the perfect location of this large house. You walk or cycle (bicycles are super arranged at the house) to the beach and the lively Juan-les-Pins.
But what is even better is coming home. After the crowds on the coast, you will find yourself in an idyllic oasis. The quiet location with the beautiful swimming pool and all kinds of wonderful places in the garden is a true delight. Relaxing around the pool on one of the sun loungers, have a drink in the shade in the lounge set by the pool, have dinner at the long table next to the house or at the fisherman's house. Enough choice! Furthermore, the house is large enough to retreat if desired. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and especially the bedroom with bathroom in the turret with the Moorish windows is a party! With a large group you still have enough places to rest, but you can also enjoy the cosy kitchen where the best conversations always arise. I am happy that we have found this hidden gem in our beloved southern France and have already made a booking for next summer with the whole family.

A Hidden Gem!
Fully restored in 2019, the new and fresh Villa La Mauresque has everything you could wish for a holiday home at the Côte d’Azur. The private swimming pool in the garden and the proximity of the Mediterranean Sea gives enough options for cooling down on hot days. The insulated villa walls and roof, combined with air conditioning, make the villa a very pleasant venue at night too. The living room, kitchen and connecting bedroom also have underfloor heating.
Villa La Mauresque is within walking distance of the glittering blue sea and the delightful outdoor bars and cafés of the Côte d’Azur. As all of the accommodations are located on the same site, there are endless options for bringing a large family group, a group with several families, or to hire a single accommodation for a smaller group or couple.
The place is a hidden gem where peace and safety are present, while you can look up the bustle of the coast within 5 minutes.
There are also 8 bicycles available, so you can enjoy a nice bike ride in a sea breeze.
There is parking, a jacuzzi, a trampoline, an outside kitchen, bbq and a blue Egg, a swing, a hammock, a petanque court, a table tennis table on the grounds.

Quel bel endroit sur la Côte situé dans la belle sud de la France! Pendant notre séjour, nous avons vraiment apprécié l'emplacement parfait de cette grande villa. Vous marchez ou faites du vélo (les vélos sont disposés à la maison) jusqu'à la plage et l'agréable Juan-les-Pins centre ou Cap d’Antibes.
Mais qu’est-ce que c’est encore mieux ? Si on rentre à la maison! Après les foules folles à la plage, vous vous imaginez dans une oasis idyllique. L'endroit est calme avec la belle piscine et toutes sortes de beaux endroits dans le jardin est vraiment agréable. Détendez-vous autour de la piscine sur l'un des transats, prenez un verre à l'ombre sur un siège confortable au bord de la piscine, dîner sur la longue table à côté de la villa ou maison. Beaucoup de choix! De plus, la villa est assez grande pour se retirer si vous le souhaitez. Chaque chambre est décorée avec goût et surtout la chambre avec salle de bain, qui a autour des fenêtres, est une fête! Avec un grand groupe, vous avez encore beaucoup d'aires de repos, mais vous pouvez également profiter de la cuisine confortable où les meilleures conversations se produisent toujours.
