Extremely comfortable house with huge, beautiful yard, close to most beautiful beaches in Sicily. Owners of the house are unusually and surprisingly hospitable. They made sure that we get from this holiday much more than we expected. House and yard are much better than you can see on pictures, with domestic fruits and vegetables in backyard, so you can have fresh from the tree. Place is 3km from urban area, perfect for the one who wants peace, intimate and quiet environment. Having a car is recommended in order to visit many interesting places near by. From the wonderful Scopello and “Riserva dello Zingaro” sea (5 km) to the complete full immersion country-side quiet. Private spacious garden with independent kitchen, bath and barbecue in open air. Home, encircled by conifer trees, laurels and aromatic plants, 4 – 5 years builded, is provided with thermo fire-place and radiators in all rooms, so to be confortable as winter residence. In the vicinity (8 – 10 km) there are 2 different thermal baths with natural hot sulphureous water “Terme Segestane” and “Terme Gorga”, very cheap swimming pools for taking care of own health or well-being. It’s possible to enjoy, in the garden, an independent room for 2 archaeological and interesting places in Segesta (20 minutes), Marsala’s museum with Punic ship and Mozia (40’), Palermo (45’), Monreale (40’), Erice (25’), Zingaro Natural Reserve and Scopello (10’), San Vito Lo Capo (40’), Valle dei Templi in Agrigento (90’)

The place is highly tourist and there are many places (bars, restourants, pizzerias, stores...) with typical and genuine products at a low price; also during the summer there are always performances, recitals and evenings in the Castellammare's square and in the old beam of Scopello
