It contains four large sized bedrooms, one with a large balcony suitable for private sunbathing and gazing towards the sea on the horizon. It is ideal for two families. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
The villa contains a private pool with sun loungers, a large outside BBQ and its own authentic pizza oven. It is equipped with wifi.
However the real draw of the area are the Caribbean-like beaches that are scattered everywhere along this picturesque coast. Perfect for young children the beaches include Chia (voted in the Daily Telegraph May 2008 as one of the world's Best Beaches), Tuerredda, Nora, Santa Marghareta di Pula.
As with many places in Italy the food and wine is also fresh and tasty - but unlike other areas the prices are significantly cheaper. Fresh fruit is available from the road sides throughout the year with peaches and figs particularly popular in the summer months. Local red wine is very good and available to buy by the litre for €3
Finally for those with young children there is a water park (www.blufan.it) less than 10mins drive away, while the ancient capital city of Cagliari is a 25min drive.
