It's surrounded by greenery and faces the sea, without overlooking the other properties or the neighborhood. The area is very quiet.
All rooms are equipped with independent air-conditioning for better temperature control.

The outside
This loft is a paradise for sea lovers. It's one of the few properties in Corsica to have its own private access to the sea, leading to a cove (ideal for boating and other water sports) and a pebble beach.
The various terraces (on the ground floor, 1st floor and solarium) offer incredible views around the garden and the sea, while preserving individual privacy.
- VILLA PIETRASERENA (8p):
Villa Pietraserena has been completely renovated to a high standard, with its own Pool Bar.
It overlooks the sea and is located 50m from Pietranera beach. A straw hut awaits you for lunch and dinner.

Traveler access
On foot via a small path from the Route du Cap.
It can be reached from the main Cap Corse road via a 100m path.

All shops are within 5m walking distance of the house. The village also boasts a post office, doctor, laboratory, pharmacy, tobacconist, restaurants and 2 bakeries.
