☆ The property has 8 king-size beds & 4 single beds. ON REQUEST: single beds can be joined and covered with an 1-inch foam converting them to a king size bed.
☆ At Phase 12 -Please note Bathroom 5 is open to the sky (a bathroom without a roof). So come rain or shine you will be exposed to the outdoor elements, whilst using the lavatory, vanity, and bathing among the coconut trees. Bathroom 6 has a transparent non-tinted glass wall with a shower curtain. Ideal for couples.
☆ Check in at 1:00 pm and Check out is 10:00 am. Flexibility is based on availability.
☆ Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours. Bed linen and towels are provided and not changed for stays 4 nights or less. If required, linens/bath towels/swimming pool towels can be changed daily for an additional cost of INR 400 per room per day.

Party Room -The new INDUSTRIAL PARTY ROOM on the top floor is a great space for a private party with its own private bar, a dance floor area, Bluetooth tower speaker, stage, great lighting system, booth seating, wall murals, and bespoke neon lighting. You can book it for INR 7000 per night from 8 pm to 4 am for any one day of your choice. You can get your own DJ and drinks too. This party room is for the exclusive use of the guests staying at the villa.
