La Bastide du Bas Peylon is located on a quiet rural road. After 350m the villa is accessible through a gate, after which there is sufficient parking space to park cars safely. There are also parking spaces in the shade.
When you drive onto the land, you secretly see the beautiful view, which you can enjoy throughout your holiday. You also enter a beautifully landscaped garden on different levels that gives a view of the lower spacious swimming pool and the jeu de boules court. The garage is used as a playroom with babyfoot.
Next to the swimming pool (8m x 4m x 1.6m) is a pool house to enjoy a delicious drink together in the lounge corner with a view over the Provencal hills, next to the water. There are several sun loungers, both under the pool house and next to the pool in the sun. An anthracite aluminum 12-person table with BBQ with coal (with cover) is a little further on the jeu de boules area and stairs to the floor where you then have an outdoor table under the covered terrace at the kitchen and living room.
The villa consists of two levels, where you enter a comfortable living space where it is easy to stay with 12 people. You can enter the covered terrace through French doors, which is also directly connected to the fully equipped kitchen. On this level you will find, in addition to the living space with living room, open dining area and semi-open spacious kitchen, two bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom with double sinks and bath with shower option. The yellow bedroom has its own terrace with lounge set through patio doors.
The living room has a modern sitting area with leather sofas and a flat screen with international channels. The dining table in the living room is extendable and there are enough chairs, so that it is also possible to dine indoors with 12 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven (grill), microwave, induction hob with 4 burners, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and Nespresso coffee maker.
When we descend the central staircase, you enter the garden level with swimming pool and petanque. On this lower level we find two more bedrooms, each with a double bed and one bedroom with two double beds (1 of which is a loft bed) and a cot. The three bedrooms share a common bathroom with double sinks and bath with shower option.
The entire house and the pool area with the new pool house were recently renovated. The house is also fully air-conditioned, except for the green bedroom (bedroom 4) and the bedroom with loft bed (bedroom 5) on the lower floor.

The cleaning of the house is mandatory and is € 200 per stay (this is NOT yet included in the rental price!)
Bed linen ( € 12,50 p.p.) and (bath)towels (€ 12,50 p.p.) are not included but available on request.
Pets are allowed on request at a reservation cost of €30 per dog per stay
