A large SWIMMING POOL in a sanctuary of greenery will be available to you and only for you (no other guests). No immediate neighbours . So tranquillity, discretion and privacy are guaranteed. The telescopic cover of the swimming pool is used as a solar heater when necessary.

- THE FIRST FLOOR (6 guests - 180 m2) : 3 bedrooms ("Emeraude", "Topaze" and "Saphyr"), 3 bathrooms (one with jacuzzi), 3 toilets (2 independent), 1 large living-room/dining-room with a very large TV, 1 living-room/office/auditorium with a large TV and a powerful, best quality HiFi (come with your MP3!), 1 kitchen, 1 storage room, 1 laundry room and a fabulous terrace with a fantastic, breathtaking panorama and several dining tables.
Best comfort, air-conditioning, permanent ventilation, automatic lights, wide double-glazed, burglar-proof windows and doors.

- THE GROUND FLOOR ( 4 guests - 50 m2) : a naturally cool flat, not dependent on the first floor because very well equipped : 1 spacious bedroom, 1 extra bedroom /study in the entrance hall, 1 living-room/dining-room with kitchenette and TV, 1 bathroom with a toilet.

The two levels are totally independent, both strictly NON SMOKING, but smoking is possible outside.

Of course, the four guests on the ground floor can join the six guests on the first floor and the ten of them can eat in the large living-room or outside on the terrace.

- Various automatic lightings, a fairytale and romantic illumination of the swimming pool and surrounds will enchant you from dusk on
