The Neighborhood:
The best way to describe what's great about the neighborhood is by telling you what it's not. Miami Beach has a long stretch of condos where there's nothing within walking distance. The main tourist areas are full of traffic and parking can be stressful and difficult. Our location is a great home base because we're just on the edge that gets you away from all of that. There's a free trolley that will take you anywhere you want to go, or take one of our bikes. The beach is less crowded and arguably nicer, with a playground, showers and lifeguard stand within five minutes walking distance from your door.
Getting Around:
Miami International Airport is just 20 minutes away by taxi. We also offer car rentals through Turo and may even be able to pick you up. You can also rent a car from us just the days you need it. Pickup and drop off is right in our garage.
Other Things to Note:
The building does not have a pool or gym as the beach is the main attraction. But, there is a beautiful beachfront pool and gym with classes, sauna and steam rooms a short walk away for a nominal daily fee. We get free passes from time to time, so if this your only concern about staying with us, let us know and we'll try to accommodate.
