For additional comfort in the summer, the Quiet Cool whole house fan has been installed. The Castle sleeps 11 (2870 sf) with 5 sleeping areas described in the listing as Bedrooms 1-4 including a loft. Three bedrooms are on the main floor (no stairs to access) and the 4th bedroom (includes bunk beds, a sofa, and an ottoman that converts to a twin floor mattress) is on the upper level with a full bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, and deck. The loft is above the upper level and has a futon and a floor mattress/couch. All levels have panoramic views of the lake.

The Castle is located at the end of the street at a cul-de-sac. It sits apart from neighbors on either side with just trees on the end. The Tudor House is about a mile away and provides dining and entertainment.

The nearest walking destination is the Tudor House approximately 1 mile away. A car is recommended.

The top floor living space is open concept. Bedroom 4 is on this floor with the bunk beds and there is a couch and a large TV in it along with a closet. The space is tucked away but does not have a door since it also serves as a den. The loft accessible from this room and has 2 comfortable futons that are ideal for kicking back and reading a book. The futons provide 2 sleeping spaces as well.

Be aware of wildlife including coyotes and bears.
The Castle is equipped with diffusers in the living room and the bedrooms. Please bring your own oils and enjoy!

- To make this property affordable and reasonable for small groups as well as large groups there is an extra guest fee of $19 per person after 6 people.
- Maximum number of cars that can park is three.
- Age minimum of 25
- 2 night minimum on weekends during peak seasons unless there is a
1 night booking that includes only 1 weekend night.
