The house is about 70 square meters, the large veranda that surrounds the house and the garden complete a lot of about 500 square meters. The town of Sa Rocca Tunda remains today "wild" and unspoiled.

At only 150mt, the beach and the crystal clear sea with a sandy bottom are suitable for all formats: from the largest to the smallest.
The beach is served by two bars where you can comfortably have a hearty meal and a resale of fruit and vegetables will not make you miss the opportunity to stay light with taste.
At 2 km away, in Putzu Idu or Mandriola you can find all the other services such as restaurants, tobacconists, newspapers, horseback riding, boat trips, etc.
As for the house, the words are unfortunately zero.
