When you look out over the Challon valley from your bedroom window in the morning, you know it's going to be another particularly beautiful day! Villa Vista takes you and max 7 others fully into the Ibiza vibes and the pure luxury of a peaceful holiday villa! With the vineyard to the left and trees to the right as neighbours, the top of the mountain offers plenty of privacy. While the others relax in the large private pool, you can also enjoy the outdoor kitchen because the bar offers views over the garden and Spanish life far below. You are 15-25 minutes by car from the coolest and hippest resorts and attractions on the Costa Blanca, such as Denia, Calpe, Javea, Moraira and the old and new, charming Altea. Villa Vista is extremely suitable for 8 people with its: 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In 1 of the bedrooms there is a bunk bed to sleep 4 people and a queen-size bed. The other 2 bedrooms have 1 double bed. 1 of the 3 bathrooms is downstairs and adjacent to the pool so the house stays nice and dry when swimming. It is not allowed to occupy the house with more people than mentioned above. Also, pets and smoking are not allowed in the Villa. Reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house The holiday home has a security system with camera that does not in any way violate the privacy of our guests
