This magnificent villa (R1 + large terrace) recently renovated, with a swimming pool in an enclosed plot preserving your privacy, is located in the heart of the village of Somone, away from the noise of tourist areas
3 air-conditioned bedrooms with 3 adjoining bathrooms, 1 air-conditioned American living room, 1 fully equipped American kitchen.
- Internet (Ethernet and Wi-Fi), generator, water supply, safe.
Maid and cook on request.
- Breakfast is included: coffee, tea, chocolate, milk, orange juice, bread, butter, jam (to prepare yourself unless you use the services of the cook).
Electricity is not included in the rental cost: 136 FCFA / kWh (a meter reading will be made on arrival and at your exit; you will pay directly to the staff present)
 In the case of current and long-term power cuts by the supplier Senelec, you will be billed for the diesel fuel used to run the generator supplying emergency power (655 XOF) / liter).

Located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas, this fully renovated holiday villa, superbly decorated by a local artist, is a true haven of peace with all the comforts and amenities that will ensure you pleasant and relaxing holiday, in complete safety:
- all rooms are air conditioned, doors and windows are fitted with mosquito nets and metal grilles.
- the 3 bedrooms with locks each have their en-suite bathroom, a large closet with locks, shelves, wardrobes and hangers.
- a large safe sealed on the walls of one of the 3 bedrooms will allow you to safely store papers, money, laptops, phones, cameras, ...
- the American living room includes a TV and "Orange bouquet" TV channels, 2 sofas, an armchair, a dining table, a bar with 4 stools
- the American kitchen adjoining the bar is fully equipped (fridge / freezer, gas stove, stove with electric oven and 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ice bucket, shaker, crockery and utensils of the kitchen,...).
- the large swimming pool (8m x 4.50m) and its beach where you can bathe, cool off and bask in one of the 4 deckchairs or have a drink on the "aperitif table".
- the large terrace on the ground floor has a dining table, with 6 chairs, where you can also eat grilled food made on the barbecue located in the garden near the well, or, if you are lucky enough to stay in the right season , enjoy delicious fruit from the trees in the garden (mangoes, bananas, pomegranates, grapefruits, coconuts, etc.)
- on the 1st floor, you can isolate yourself and enjoy the large balcony with a table and 2 comfortable chairs.
- on the 2nd floor, you can relax on the large covered terrace, with panoramic views of the village, the lagoon and the sea. You can admire the sunrises and sunsets while enjoying the freshness and the morning and evening wind.
- Internet access is available at all times and in all locations (Ethernet network and Wi-Fi hotspots in all rooms, on balconies, terraces and by the pool).
- The laundry room, reserved for Anna the cleaning lady, has a washing machine, a drying rack, an iron and an ironing board, as well as a second fridge / freezer if necessary. You can benefit from their use on request.
- a generator guarantees the maintenance of the electrical supply of all the equipment in the event of a power failure.
- a water reserve (more than 1000 liters) and a back-up water supply (filtered) from the well will avoid the inconvenience of water cuts, which are frequent in Senegal.
- indoor parking for 1 car and outdoor parking for 4 cars

If you want to escape from this haven of peace, you are 10 minutes walk from shops and restaurants, 10-12 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from the Somone lagoon.

An experienced and quality staff will take care of you:
- Djiby Gning, caretaker, gardener, swimming pool expert and do-it-yourselfer, will be by your side 24/7;
- Anna, cleaning lady can be present 8h / day, (3000 XOF / day the week, 5000 XOF, Sunday and holidays). -
The cleaning costs included in the cost of the reservation (10 €) correspond to the restoration of the villa's cleanliness (household linen included) and storage at the end of your stay. The villa is spacious, for your comfort, we recommend during your stay to call Anna at least every other day.
She can also cook if you wish (additional cost of 3,500 FCFA / day per week, 5,000 XOF on Sundays and public holidays, not including the cost of food).

If you wish, you can be welcomed at AIBD airport, located 30 km and 30 to 40 minutes from the villa Keur Mbeugué. The price of transport varies depending on the number of people and luggage (between 15,000 and 25,000 FCFA, or between 23 and 38 €)
