Villa Relais Casa Clara is located near the city of Cuneo, in the northwest of Italy. This modern villa has everything you need for your dream vacation. The villa covers an area of 170 m² and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs where you can relax and enjoy the view. In fact, part of the living room is glazed with glass walls that lead to the outdoor terrace. There is also a kitchen and dining room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you might need to prepare a meal - there is an oven, stove, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and basic kitchen spices. The interior is dominated by the dark colors of the floors, walls and furniture, which provide an ideal contrast to the natural light that comes in through the large windows. The space is air-conditioned, with underfloor heating available for colder days.
The same modern style of decoration and color palette continues in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Of the 3 bedrooms, 2 are on the 1st floor and 1 is on the ground floor. There are also 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet. 2 rooms have double beds, large wardrobes and lots of storage space. In 1 room there are 2 sofa beds that can accommodate 2 more people or be used as an additional space for relaxation.
