This beautiful home is located in South Lake Tahoe. It is less than 5 miles away from the Heavenly Ski Resort, a 5 minute drive to town center, and a 10 minute walk to Lake Tahoe.

The Chalet's views are some of the best in Tahoe Keys, with stunning views from every room of the house. To the east, you can see Heavenly Ski Resort and its challenging ski runs. Looking over the water from the kitchen and living room, you can get a full view of the beautiful Mt. Tallac. You can enjoy the breathtaking mountain view from the dining room, kitchen, living and family rooms, two upstairs master bedrooms, spacious deck and the upstairs balcony.

The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with a professional-grade gas range and spacious center island making it a perfect place for gathering and entertaining with family and friends. The open floor plan connects kitchen, dining room, family room, and pool table area. Savor a delicious meal together in the dining room or curl up next to the fire in the family room with a good book all while sharing the stunning mountain and water views with family and friends.

The house is beautifully furnished and decorated, and provides a total retreat for your stay. The house has 3 master suites. The master bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi, perfect for relaxation after a day of ski on the slopes. A second large master bedroom is conveniently located in the first floor and has a private bathroom. The kids room has 2 sets of bunk beds and black bear themed decor.

The house is networked with high speed WiFi internet. There are also flat-screen televisions located in the two master suites. The laundry is located on the second floor. The house boasts a 500 sqft water front deck, a 350 sqft balcony, and a newly built dock. It is perfect for enjoying dinner and the beautiful views in the spring, summer and early fall.

Master Bedroom 1 (Emerald Room, facing water): King size bed, sleeps 2. Private bathroom with Jacuzzi.

Master Bedroom 2 (Mt. Tallac room, facing water): Queen size bed, sleeps 2. Private bathroom with shower.

Master Bedroom 3 (First floor master): Queen size bed, sleeps 2. Private bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 4, (Black Bear room), 2 bunk beds with twin beds, sleeps 4. Shared bathroom with bedroom #5.

Bedroom 5 (Heavenly room), Queen size log bed sleeps 2. Shared bathroom with bedroom #4.

Bedroom 6, Private and lockable, two Queen size futons. Can also be used as living room.

Tahoe Keys is a resort community with its own private beach. It has tennis courts, basketball courts, indoor swimming pools with hot tub, play grounds and a marina. It is also a very safe community, with 24/7 security patrols.

The minimum age to make reservation is 25, No weddings, receptions or loud party.

In all four seasons, there are endless adventures to enjoy. Boating, hiking, skiing, fishing, biking, wildlife viewing, the options are endless. Winter is especially magical with the calling of the ski slopes. While Heavenly is only 6 miles away and many of Tahoe's other famous slopes are within a short driving, the Chalet is also perfect for spending the day enjoying a cup of hot chocolate in front of the fireplace, reading a book or playing pools with family or friends.
