This really could be your next holiday…The house is in the stunning town of Pals just 10 minutes drive from one of the longest golden beaches on the Costa Brava. The location couldn`t be better – the town is vibrant and full of life, with history and culture plus restaurants, bars and shops all around. This part of the Costa Brava offers endless opportunities for exploring and adventure be it diving, sailing, horse riding or discovering beautiful hidden coves with rocks and sandy beaches. The choice is yours. The house dates back to 1790 and is full of character and charm. It is set within a row of distinct and individual stone properties on one of the main streets of this small town. Once through the door you find a large vaulted hallway with cloakroom which leads off to a TV room, a comfortable living room and a large open kitchen and dining room all of which lead out onto the garden. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, one ensuite and one separate family bathroom, plus access to the roof terrace with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The outside space is very private – high natural stone walls separate the house from its neighbours – and is spread over 4 levels with different areas for dining, relaxing and enjoying the delightful pool which even has its own little waterfall. Swimmingpool size: 4 x 2,5 m.
