Villa Lucia is a historic villa surrounded by a large garden and furnished spaces with dining area, relaxation areas and private access to the lake and boasts sumptuous and elegant Art Nouveau furnishings. The ground floor opens onto a first living room that is very bright thanks to the large French doors, from which a corridor with a bookcase leads to the fully-equipped kitchen and to the back of the villa, which houses an external toilet and the parking area. Proceeding on the same floor, guests will find a second living room with a television, a third attractive room complete with two armchairs, a fireplace not usable, a writing desk, a piano and the magnificent dining room with direct access to the kitchen. The upper floor houses the sleeping area, which includes three bedrooms with queen-size beds, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with a single bed, two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, and a living room with a television and vintage furnishings overlooking the lake. A few steps up finally open to the fifth bedroom, with a queen-size bed and en suite bathroom with shower.

The main urban center is Como, a beautiful, elegant, romantic city that houses several villas, monuments and a very suggestive lakefront. However, there are many villages to visit: on the branch of Como stand Bellagio "the pearl of Lario", Cernobbio, Argegno, Tremezzo with its Villa Carlotta, Menaggio and the ancient village of Nesso characterized by many romantic views. In the eastern shore of the lake, dominated by Lecco, is worth visiting Varenna and Bellano with its characteristic Orrido. This destination is also perfect for lovers of trekking and outdoor walks: there are many paths on the territory such as the Wayfarer Path (40 km) that starts from Abbadia Lariana to Piantedo and the Greenway of Lake Como (10 km) that connects Colonno and Cadenabbia.
