All electrical and water systems have been recently installed. The villa (ca. 250 sq mt) spreads over two floors following the slope of the land: the first floor is directly accessed via two entrances. The first one, on the side of the house, with 4 external steps, opens onto a floor entirely in parquet to the left of which there's a double bedroom with a working fireplace, leather sofa, safe, and private bathroom with bathtub and two sinks, which can be accessed by going down a step; 2 steps lead to a double bedroom with a safe, a double bedroom with an additional single bed on a mezzanine floor (accessible via a three-step ladder), a bathroom with shower which is accessed via 4 high steps. From the first entrance, going down 3 steps on the right, there's the second entrance. From here, guests can access, through a step, a bathroom with shower (without bidet) and a laundry room (washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board). Via an internal staircase (going down 10 steps) guests can reach the ground floor, consisting in a very well-equipped eat-in kitchen, a large dining room (characterized by ancient mangers) with satellite TV and a living room with a working fireplace. Both the living room and the dining room are characterized by large windows with access onto a panoramic outdoor terrace which leads, with an independent entrance only from the outside, to a double bedroom (with a French bed) with TV, safe, mini-bar, and a bathroom with shower carved into the stone.
