The villa sits behind an automatic gate on a self-contained private property within a secured gated community. It has a large, airy, living and dining area; an open-plan kitchen; a dedicated workspace with ample desk space and seating for two; a coal barbeque and wet bar; a pool area with lots of seating, and an assortment of bedrooms set over 3 floors. High-speed wireless internet is available throughout the villa.

Ground Floor:- Living and Dining areas, powder room, and open-plan kitchen + 6th bedroom/TV room with queen day bed and quick access to the powder room
1st Floor- Guest Master Bedroom (bedroom 2) with queen bed, en suite bathroom, and standing balcony + Attic-like 5th Bedroom with single bed and quick access to the powder room.
2nd Floor:- Grand Master Bedroom (bedroom 1) with king bed, en suite bathroom, double sinks + tub and standing balcony + 3rd Bedroom with queen bed and en suite bathroom + 4th Bedroom with 2 single beds, en suite bathroom, and standing balcony.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:- We can accommodate 11 adults in 7 beds (1 king, 3 queens, 3 singles), as well as an additional 3 persons on 3 single air mattresses.
PARKING :- Guests have access to at least two open-air, private parking spaces at the entrance to the villa.

RATES :- Villa rates start at $597 per night for up to 6 guests only. Additional guests are $50/person per night (listed as "additional guest fees" on your quote).
STRICT VISITOR & SECURITY POLICY**:- Only registered guests are welcome on property. NO VISITORS/OUTSIDE GUESTS except by special arrangement (additional fees may apply). Pickups and drop-offs in the parking area are fine.
**There is a separate visitor policy for long-term guests (2 weeks +).
BASIC SERVICES ARE INCLUDED :- A light morning clean-up of the common living areas (kitchen/living/dining/pool) is included in your rate. The pool is cleaned twice per week.
EXTRA SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE :- Grocery shopping, meal preparation, additional housekeeping, and laundry services can be arranged at additional rates. Ask about our private transportation partners.
PROPERTY STAFF :- The housekeeper lives in private quarters on the property and she will be your host and main contact during your stay. The gardener also works 5 days per week.
PROPERTY PET :- There is a small, elderly dog named Grizzly that guests may occasionally encounter in the parking lot area. She keeps a watchful eye and will bark but is generally very friendly.
POTENTIAL FOR NOISE/DUST :- The next-door residential lot is currently in late -stage development.
ADDITIONAL UNIT ON PROPERTY:- An additional rental unit - a one-bedroom, 1-bathroom garden suite - (https://www.vrbo.com/3083661) is located at the back of the property (split-level) with exclusive access to the large, fruited back garden. For larger groups renting both units, a set of soundproofed and double-locked double doors can be opened up to create direct access to the suite from inside the villa. The suite sleeps up to 4 persons and has a full kitchen plus a stand-alone bathroom (i.e. not ensuite).
