On the second and third floors there are bedrooms with bathrooms. From the balcony of this large house, furnished with rustic furniture from all over the world, offers a view of the western coast of Istria and the sea in the distance. The house also offers a pool (100 m2) with deck chairs, a beach volleyball court and a bowling court. Private parking is in front of the house. A large country garden with outdoor furniture and dining table in the shade of oaks will delight guests. The villa is located on a gentle hill, in a very quiet location with lots of greenery. Shops and restaurants are 5 km away and the nearest beach is a 25-minute drive away. Young groups aren't allowed.
