Close to Arcachon, Bordeaux, and in the middle of the Landes nature park is the pleasant town of Salles with its lovely shops and terraces. The river l'Eyre also runs through the village, near Résidence Château de Salles, and is ideal for an exciting canoe trip and a dip in the water . However, if you want to go to a real beach, that's also a possibility, because the Atlantic coast is about 30km away with the highest dunes in Europe!
There's a lot to experience in the region which is known for its vineyards, gastronomy and cultural heritage. But not only that, but there is also a lot to do in the holiday park itself: there is a nice swimming pool with children's pool, jeu de boules court, children's playground, squash court, table tennis, fitness, tennis courts, bicycle rental and gaming machines. You can have lunch or dinner in the cosy restaurant. Of course, you are also welcome for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
In the 54 ha. castle park there are about 100 luxury holiday homes. The houses and villas have a spacious garden, which, in addition to your peace and quiet, also guarantees your privacy, even in high season. In the garden, you will also find an outdoor fireplace for a nice barbecue in the evening or to enjoy a crackling fire. The beautiful, old trees around the garden not only provide a natural view, but also ensure that there is always a shady spot.
