Guest Access:
Full access to the entire villa: 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, infinity pool, hot tub, fire pit, garden, home gym, dry sauna, and wine cellar. Complimentary access to CURE Wellness and Gym is also included, conveniently located nearby (not onsite).
The Neighborhood:
Nestled in a serene, upscale neighborhood, enjoy tranquility just a short drive from Malibu and Santa Monica's attractions. The area offers beautiful scenery, peaceful ambiance, nearby beaches, upscale dining, and boutique shopping.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended. The villa has a gated motor court, a garage, and free street parking. Guests get preferred rates through Drive Awhile, which provides rental cars at the property. Vehicles include Cadillac Escalades, a convertible Mercedes, a Rolls Royce Dawn, and a Lamborghini Urus.
Other Things to Note:
Please message our team and speak with the Home Manager before booking. Mandatory additional terms may apply depending on your booking platform. Credit card processing fee may be required post-booking. In case of cancellation, the stated booking cancellation policy applies.
To maintain property and neighborhood harmony, we have important rules. Please read carefully.
1) No parties, visitors, or unapproved guests. Submit all guest names before booking. Government ID may be requested from the person who booked. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. Our strict guest policy ensures neighborhood peace and legal compliance. Exceeding capacity risks our permit, we may ask you to leave.
2) No pets allowed except for service animals as required by law.
3) No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes indoors or outdoors. State-of-the-art smoke detectors notify the fire department; $500 fee for false alarms or violations. High brush fire zone. Utilities may be intermittently turned off to prevent wildfires; no refunds will be offered. City Code Section 41.50 B 18 b | High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW.
4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates. If needed, send it to our office; we'll deliver to the property on your arrival day. We're not responsible for lost mail.
5) Quiet hours: 10:00pm to 8:00am to ensure peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors. Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing.
7) Day of Arrival:
Let us know if you prefer self-check-in or a personal tour. Only the guest who booked can check in and must show their ID for security.
8) Check-In: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.
Check Out: 10:00am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches.
9) When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.
10) Pre-Stocking: Choose from our available pre-stocking options with at least one week's notice. A $75 service fee applies to all requests.
11) Pool/hot tub: Never leave children unsupervised; no lifeguard on duty. No glassware; $1000 fee if glass is found. Use provided plasticware for safety. If kitchen lacks plasticware, please inform us. Please don't dispose of plasticware; wash and store them.
Pool heating: $100 per day of your reservation; hot tub is free. Pool heat has a maximum temp of 88 degrees.
Cleanliness:
We take cleaning seriously. Our homes are deep cleaned between guests, with white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries, and well-stocked kitchens. During COVID-19, cleaning intensified with hot water and disinfectants, extra care for high-touch areas, and staff using masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our cleaning exceeds CDC standards.
This property contains an exterior camera at the front door which is motion sensored and is active during guests stay.
