After the extension renovation in this fall / winter, there is a covered terrace in front of the new, glazed living room. From this terrace is an outside staircase to the lower garden level and to the already mentioned 3 rooms with sleeping facilities for 6 persons and to 2 further bathrooms.

The villa is built on a western slope above the Golfo di Stella, and you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Golfo Stella from the entire property. In fine weather you can see in the distance Corsica. To the right of the building, on a slightly lower level, there is a small, cultivated farm with another small apartment called Casagoli. It consists of 1 bedroom, 1 living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, 1 small kitchen and 1 small bathroom with shower / WC. In front of the apartment Casagoli is a terrace with garden. This apartment can be rented as a dependance to Casapicci, so that the holiday home can accommodate a total of 14 people.
For exclusive occupancy of the main house and a maximum of 8 persons, a discount of 15% will be granted.
