There is a parking area in the villa with 2 covered spaces for small cars and 8 outdoor spaces.
Villa Socarrat is on the first line of the beach, approximately 300 meters from the Puerto Deportivo de Oropesa. Here you can perform many sports activities such as: sailing and windsurfing school, sailing cruising, fishing, canoeing, and swimming courses for children and adults, aquafitness. The Greenway a few meters from the villa. This greenway has been created taking advantage of the old railway line between Valencia and Barcelona. The length of the greenway is 5.6 kilometers and is totally flat. The route runs at all times bordering the seashore. It is perfect to travel with children although you have to be a little careful with cyclists since it shares the width of about 5 meters divided into a "lane" of sand on the right for the walkers and the left side where the bicycles circulate (in the Oropesa sense). You can reach Benicassim by bike in less than 15 minutes on the greenway. The villa is located 15 minutes walk to the town where you will find all kinds of supermarkets and shops. In summer season there are a large number of restaurants and shops in the area of La Concha beach.
