Welcome to Villa Carta, a spacious and bright property, located in a quiet and exclusive residential area, it’s still just a short distance from Puerto del Carmen’s restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. You’re also only a couple of minutes' drive from the old harbour and beautiful golden beaches.
Inside, the villa features a large hallway that leads into a big, split-level dining room and lounge with high ceilings. The accommodation includes six bedrooms: two with super king beds and en-suite bathrooms, two with a double and single bed, one with a double bed, and one with twin beds. Each room is comfortably furnished, with air conditioning and ceiling fans.
The villa has four bathrooms: two en-suites with a bath and separate shower, a separate bathroom with unique lava stone walls and a sunken bath, and an additional shower room.
The kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering holiday, including an oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and washing machine. The large dining area can seat up to 12 people, and the comfortable lounge area includes a TV with satellite channels.
Outside, you’ll find an electrically heated swimming pool (heated from November to April, see Ts&Cs), with Roman steps and a small baby pool. The pool area is surrounded by high walls for complete privacy and features a terrace with sun loungers, patio furniture, a built-in barbecue, and a poolside shower. For entertainment, there’s also a pool table and dart board that the whole family can enjoy.
Villa Carta is conveniently located near the center of Puerto del Carmen, making it easy for guests to explore this vibrant area. Just a short distance from the villa, you’ll find Playa Chica, one of the region’s most popular beaches. Known for its soft golden sand and clear blue water, Playa Chica is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the natural beauty of Lanzarote. The beach is also surrounded by rock formations that provide much-needed shade from the sun.
For those seeking adventure, scuba diving at Atlantis Diving Lanzarote is a must. Located just a five minute drive from Villa Carta, this top-notch facility offers a variety of watersports. Before diving in, you’ll receive guidance from experienced instructors to ensure you’re comfortable with the equipment and safety procedures. Once underwater, you’ll have the chance to see a stunning array of marine life up close, making this a memorable activity for thrill-seekers and nature enthusiasts alike.
Another nearby attraction is Rancho Texas, an exciting animal park just a ten-minute drive from the villa. This park features live shows with animals like sea lions and birds of prey, allowing guests to experience these creatures up close. Rancho Texas also has a fun Wild West theme, with staff in costume and themed dance parties. It’s a great place for a family day out and a chance to enjoy some unique entertainment.
