Paralia Beachfront Residence is located on Kourna Beach and is within walking distance of amenities including traditional restaurants, supermarkets, and gift shops. This 4,000 sqm haven of luxury space is split into 3 bungalows and comfortably accommodates 10 guests in its 5 bedrooms, and up to 12 guests if necessary. All three bungalows feature large panel sliding doors to enjoy a seamless transition to the outdoor area.
Bungalow 1
This area features 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The first bedroom features a king-size bed, a self-controlled A/C, and a 32" TV. The en-suite bathroom features a stand-up shower with a hydromassage setting.
The second bedroom, located in this bungalow features two single beds that can be joined together to form a Queen, upon request. This bedroom also offers a self-controlled A/C, and a 32" TV. The en-suite bathroom features a stand-up shower with a hydromassage setting.
The third bedroom features a king-size bed, a self-controlled A/C, and a 32" TV. The en-suite bathroom features a stand-up shower with a hydromassage setting.
Bungalow 2
This area is perfect for hosting dinners and enjoying special moments with your loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, makes a self-catered and stress-free holiday seem effortless. The kitchen features 2 deep fryers, a large industrial gas grill, a gas stove, an oven, and a dishwasher.
It also includes a dining area that can comfortably seat up to 14 guests. The living room area features a 65" TV, a comfy sofa, and a dedicated laundry area including a washing machine and clothes dryer.
Bungalow 3
The third bungalow includes a second living room area with a sofa bed where 2 additional guests can be accommodated. The kitchenette with a wooden breakfast bar is suitable for 2 guests and the remaining 2 bedrooms can be found here. The fourth bedroom features two twin-size beds that can be joined together to form a king, upon request. Furthermore, the amply-spaced bedroom also features a lush seating area, a dressing table, a 32" TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The fifth bedroom features a king-size bed, a lush seating area, a dressing table, a 32" TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower.
Outdoor Area
The outdoor area includes a large pool, sun loungers, and a shaded dining area, ideal for relaxing or entertaining. The beautifully landscaped garden leads directly to the beach, where you can enjoy uninterrupted ocean views.
The outdoor area also features a ping pong table, football nets, and 4 bicycles to enjoy all the fun with your family and friends.
