LOCATIONThis villa is a perfect option for you if you don’t want to drive for dinner, to go to the beach or just to have a drink. Puerto Banus main strip is 10 minutes walk away and there are plenty of dining options just around the corner, ranging from the popular and fancy La Sala and Breathe restaurants, to more casual options such as Mister Noodle, Burger Bar or an Organic Juicery. SuperCor supermarket, hairdressers and beauty salons are just around the corner. Despite its being in the centre of it all, Villa 1 is a relaxing and quiet retreat for your well-deserved holiday. And if you do have to work, do it with a pool view;-) with a reliable 5G optical fibre internet connection.
LOUNGE, KITCHEN, TERRACEThere is plenty of space for everybody. The villa’s spacious lounge with sofas and satellite TV with international channels and Netflix opens directly into the garden, pool with a slide and BBQ area. Outside terraces with plenty of seating for outside dining and chilling overlook the private pool which is illuminated in the night.You can listen to your favourite music on the bluetooth audio tower.
For those who enjoy cooking, there is a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, wine and champaigne glasses, crockery, utensils and cutlery for large groups of guests. Coffee lovers can enjoy their coffee from Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Parents will appreciate the fact that they can watch over their children playing in the pool and in the garden from the kitchen.
PRIVATE CHEFWe proudly offer services of our professional private chef who can come to the villa with waiters and prepare a special or traditional Spanish lunch, dinner or BBQ. He can even provide half or full-board – please ask for photos and rates of the amazing things he is able to organize. His special menu options start from 35 EUR/person.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTSAll the bedrooms in the villa are prepared with fresh linen and towels. All bedrooms are furnished to a high standard. Please ask about wheelchair accessibility before booking.
There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor which are all suitable for guests with mobility impairments: 1 en-suite single bedroom, 1 en-suite double bedroom (with two single beds pushed together) and 1 triple bedroom (with one double and one single bed).
Upstairs, there are two en-suite triple bedrooms (with one double and one single bed), one twin and one triple bedroom (with one double and one single bed) which share another bathroom.
MAID SERVICEAll our direct bookings of 4 nights and more include daily maid service! We want this to be a holiday for everyone 🙂 Our maid will come to the villa every day and give a quick clean of the kitchen, common areas, bathrooms and bedrooms. Bed linen and towels can be changed for an additional 120 EUR laundry fee.
AIRPORT TRANSFERSWe are happy to arrange the airport transfer for your group. We usualy wait for our guests in the arrival hall and take them directly to the villa or make a short supermarket stop on the way.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY UP TO 19 GUESTSEven though this villa sleeps up to 17 guests comfortaby, additional 2 beds could be installed in the largest bedrooms for 2 extra guests. There is plenty of space but you must consider if privacy is an issue for you.
Even though this villa is completely independent and offers ultimate privacy, the proximity of four other 6-8 bedroom villas with their private pools and gardens allows us to accommodate up to 90 guests in the same residential compound.
PARKINGThere is a roofed parking for 1 car inside the property gates and unlimited parking in a parking lot 150 meters from the property.
