Overview
Villa Bellavista is located in Province of Arezzo, Tuscany. This
detached vacation rental property offers Free Wi-Fi and sleeps up to 10
people with 5 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. There is a private pool (South
Facing) with barbecue.
Layout

The property is a vast rustic two-story farmhouse offering 100%
privacy. The ground floor consists of an open plan living room
connected with a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms (one
with double bed and one with twin beds), one family bathroom and one
toilet. An inner staircase leads to the first floor and three bedrooms
(two double beds and one with bunk bed) as well as one family bathroom.
Outside is a sheltered dining area with amazing mountain and
countryside views, a large private swimming pool and BBQ area. There is
also a children's section with toys.

Living Room
The living room has a ornamental fireplace, dining area, comfortable
sofas, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,
microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue
outside.

Additional Information

The house heating is available on request. Will be calculated in bags
of pallets and will be paid in cash directly to the owner. Please
contact Agni Travel before your arrival.
The tourist tax of 2 Euros per person per night applies for the first 6
nights of your stay. Children under 12 and individuals with
disabilities are exempt. The tax is payable in cash upon arrival,
directly to the property owner.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
