Moreover, the outdoor area boasts a balcony, a roofed and an open terrace as well as a barbecue area where you can prepare delicious meals. The absolute highlight, however, is the 43 m² pool, which borders on the beautiful Mediterranean garden of the villa - the fantastic view of the mountains invites you to relax here. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are located within 350 m (a 4-minute walk). The villa is the ideal starting point for hiking and trekking tours and also the coast is easily accessible by car.
