The villa is divided into three floors and can host up to 13 guests.
On the ground floor, you will enter the big, bright living room with TV, comfortable sofas and a billiard table. On the other side, the fully-equipped kitchen and the dining room. On the same floor, you will then find a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower and the laundry area with dryer machine.
On the first floor, there is the night area with two more double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with showers, two twin bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a multifunctional room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a desk, a space that can be used also as a studio. On the last floor, there is then a room for yoga and training and a corner with a play area for kids.
The villa has air conditioning, mosquito nets and the upper floors are easily accessible also for guests with reduced mobility thanks to the lift.
Outdoor, the wide, equipped porch, a trampoline for your kids and the beautiful pool with panoramic view and solarium. Guests will also have access to a garage with an electric car charging point.

Casale Astralis is at a short distance from the villages of Saltara and Cartoceto, this one famous for the local production of extra-virgin olive oil. In just 20 minutes, it is possible to reach Fano with its famous Roman Arch and the coastline: here you will find both free and equipped beaches as well as numerous cafès, bars and fish restaurants. If you head towards the inland area, you will then find a great number of villages and historical towns to visit, like Urbino, whose historical center is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
