Description

Conveniently located 3 minutes to Stratton Mountain, 15 minutes to Bromley, 15 minutes to Magic Mountain, 30 minutes to Mount Snow, and 35 minutes to Okemo ski areas. Great chalet set up perfectly for the summer outdoors or winter skiing with storage right by the entrance for your gear. Relax in the hot tub overlooking a gorgeous sunset across the valley. Retire to the oversized great room and get cozy in front of the wood fireplace. Enjoy a friendly game of foosball or break out some of the classic board games from years ago. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the dishes you need as well as a coffee maker to help you get ready for your assault on the mountain! The house does have air conditioning but it's only in the master bedroom on the top floor - so please be aware there is no air conditioning in the rest of the house!

Grill with propane is waiting for the grill master in the group to offer up their culinary contributions to the perfect getaway.

Sleeping Arrangements

There are two master bedrooms that each have their own bathroom with wide views over the valley. There are an additional two rooms in the main hall: one with two twin bunk beds (total of 4 beds) and the other room with a bunk bed that has a double bed on bottom with a twin bed on top. Downstairs is a sleeper futon for two. For those that need the additional bed, there is a cot in the closet of the main floor master bedroom, for max sleeping arrangements of 14. All bedrooms have closets to keep floors clear!

Entertainment

There are three TVs, all with Chromecast's with Google TV. YoutubeTV is included as a part of your stay, but you are able to cast anything from your phone as long as you are on the WiFi network. We have gigabit internet service from Xfinity to support all of your devices. Classic board games and a foosball table are there for use as well for all to enjoy.

We'll help get you started by providing several basic things upon check-in. These are meant to help you avoid an immediate trip to the store, but are not intended to cover your entire stay.

We do have a cleaning fee of $375. This fee covers the normal cleaning of the house but just as importantly the cost of cleaning the hot tub each time someone checks in to ensure each renter has a clean and clear hot tub for their immediate use!
