Upstairs, the villa has a bedroom with two beds (90 x 200) and its adjoining shower room, a bedroom with a bed (180 x 200) and adjoining shower room, and another bedroom with two beds (90 x 200 and 80 x 190). There is also a bathroom with toilet. The cellar is equipped with a dryer and a washing machine as well as a storage space (bicycles, beach items, etc.) The outbuilding, on one level, offers a large living room with an equipped American kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, four toilets, dining area, sofas and armchairs. The rooms include: a bedroom with a bed (140 x 190), a bedroom with a bed (160 x 200) and adjoining shower room, a bedroom with two beds (90 x 200), a bedroom with two beds (90 x 190) and adjoining bathroom/WC, and a bedroom with two beds (90 x 200) with separate shower room/bathroom/WC. Please note that the rooms in the outbuilding do not have shutters!
This property complex offers parking for up to three cars, an enclosed garden and quick and secure access to the Arbousiers beach. Internet access is included. Pets are not allowed, and household linen is not provided (possibility of renting via the agency: approximately €380 for sheets and bath towels). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership), and departure cleaning is available at an additional cost.
