On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, porch. The last room is in the tower and it has a cooking corner, dining area and single sofa bed. The nearest restaurant/pizzeria (Al Leone) lies at 3,5 km from the property. Other nearby restaurants we suggest are Osteria Novecento (5,5km), Villa Selva (9km). The nearest winery (cantina Signae) is at 12km and there are many more around the old village of Montefalco (24km). To buy groceries, there is supermarket at 4km open all days from 8 in the morning to 8 in the evening (on Sunday only in the morning from 8am to 1 pm. If you like to buy food from local farmers we suggest Fattoria Luchetti and farmer Alessandro Ricci (near Papiano) for fruits and vegetables. There are also 2 fruits and vegetables shops on the road to Marsciano. Hospital at 3km (hope you will not need it…).
