This warm, friendly villa in the Midi-Pyrenees has been designed with the kids in mind. Within the old stone walls you'll find entertainment aplenty - from the billiards room to books, toys and games. Outside the large lawned garden offers space for the little ones to roam, and the child-safe pool offers a cool respite for the whole family. With both gas and charcoal grills, family dinner time can easily move outside into the fresh country air.
Adults will take pleasure in the wine cellar and gorgeous custom kitchen, with high-end appliances and rich butcher block counter-tops. This sprawling family villa offers many venues where you can enjoy that perfect glass of Cahors wine - two rustic dining rooms, a deck and patio, or one of three casual living rooms.

Sitting between the towns of Le Bourg and Assier (2 km), this family villa is nestled on the edge of the Causses National Park. Drive to Cahors (60 km), a dramatic town surrounded by the River Lot, to discover the eponymous style of wine produced there. An adventurous spirit will find plenty to do - exploring the caves of Lascaux and Le Pech Merle, horseback riding, or simply going to market.

Kitchen: A bespoke, fully fitted modern kichen with large preparation surfaces - providing grill, 3 ovens, 5 hobs, microwave, fridge freezer, wine-cooler, dish-washer, coffee and toast maker.
Living Room: The manor boasts three separate living rooms, each providing spacious and comfortable communal spaces.
Dining Room: Maison Bourg has two different dining area's. One can eat in style in the formal dining room or more casually on the large able in the family room.

Outside:
Deck / Patio: Le Manoir enjoys the benefit of two decks. The larger south facing deck is located close to the swimming pool. The smaller deck provides an area of shade at the rear of the house to escape the heat
Private Pool: Serious family fun. Remove the electric pool cover and cool down in the heat of the day - or enjoy a splash around during the cooler temperatures of evening in the floodlit, south facing 11 x 4 m pool
Enjoy some serious al fresco cooking - there are two BBQ's (gas and charcoal) available for use by guests during their stay at the property.

Maison Bourg is neatly located in the small hamlet of Le Bourg, situated between the historic and ornamental towns of Figeac and Rocamadour within the National Park known as the 'Causses Du Quercy' in south, central France. The “Causses” is an upland limestone plateau and area of outstanding natural beauty situated between the scenically stunning Dordogne and Lot river valleys and bordered by the medieval market towns towns of Cahors, Figeac, Brive-La-Gaillarde and Sarlat.
