A well appointed, self contained two bedroom large studio apartment attached to main house on fifty acres with views overlooking the spectacular Barwite Valley out to Mt Buller, Mt Sterling and Mt Timbertop. Located in Barwite which is a ten minute drive to Mansfield and less than thirty minute drive to Lake Eildon.

Sleeps up to five people with queen bed, double sofa bed, bunks, ensuite, reverse cycle air conditioner, heating, kitchen, with views all around, front and rear entry, laundry facilities and all linen provided. Can also provide bungalow with queen bed if needed. Coffee, tea, milk and organic fresh fruit and vegies when in season and free range eggs when the hens are laying. There is a private outdoor area with table and chairs and gas barbeque under cover. Car parking under cover. Mansfield has many cafe's, restaurants, play grounds with barbeque facilities, markets, cinema, swimming pool indoor and outdoor, great location for star gazing, zoo and easy access to the rail trail from Mansfield to Seymour ideal for walking, running, horse riding or bicycle track.

Get acquainted with the farm animals; You can feed the orphan lambs which need to be bottled fed (autumn only), sheep ,nubian minature goats, cattle, chooks, ducks, quails, guinea fowls and 2 foxie/jack russel who love playing fetch the ball. Ideal for accessing snowfields, lakes and rivers, skiing, snowboarding, water sports, bush walking, bike riding, touring the area or just enjoying the peace, rural life and views.
