The property is surrounded by a walled garden to allow guests total privacy making this the perfect option for even the most discerning visitors.

Each characterful building combines original architectural features including; exposed stone walls, vaulted ceilings, stone fireplaces and tiled floors, with carefully chosen furniture and modern amenities. The spacious living room is furnished with a large wooden dining table and chairs, a digital flat-screen plasma TV, two single daybeds and a comfortable sofa bed. The separate kitchen is equipped with steel worktops and professional appliances including; a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave; a coffee machine and a large fridge freezer.

Outside, the villa’s landscaped garden incorporates a large terrace where guests can quietly relax, socialise and enjoy alfresco dining. There is also an attractive, loggia with soft seating that looks out over the garden. Accessed via a stone staircase, the pool and sun terrace are surrounded by parasols, sun loungers and deck chairs

Sleeping

Bedrooms 1 & 2: Both ensuite bedrooms in the Trulli enjoy stone walls and vaulted ceilings. Both are furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. One bedroom also has an additional single bed.

Bedroom 3: The third bedroom is situated in the main house and is furnished with a double bed and a single bed

Extra: There are two single beds in the spacious living room.

Bathroom 1: The bathroom in the main Masseria is equipped with a shower, bidet, washbasin and a WC.

Bathrooms 2 & 3: Both ensuite bathrooms in the Trulli are fitted with a shower, a washbasin, a bidet and a WC.
