• As part of our commitment to sustainability, a Climate Crisis Resilience Charge is required: €10 per night from March to October, and €4 per night from November to February.
- The use of pool heating system will cost an additional charge of 55 euros per day please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice.
- Crete has quiet hours which are 15:00 - 17:30 and 23:00 - 07:00 daily
- No smoking inside the property outdoor smoking is permitted provided safety precautions are adhered to and the proper usage of ashtrays
- No parties or gatherings are allowed on the premises and or hosting of guests not part of the group staying, unless with the owners approval
