With four bedroom suites, the villa sleeps up to 9-11 people (depending whether you have young kids). 9 adults maximum.
· Aloha Suite (Master Suite I)
One king bed with ensuite bathroom including hydrotherapy rainfall shower and tub. Sleeps 2.
· Ohana Suite (Master Suite II)
One king bed with ensuite bathroom with rainfall shower. Sofa sitting area, desk, and large closet. Sleeps 2.
· Keiki Suite
Two twin beds (bunk bed) and one double bed. Bathroom with rainfall shower. Sleeps 3.
· Lilikoi Suite
One king bed and one queen bed with ensuite bathroom with rainfall shower. Sleeps 2-4.

Rate is subject to change based on seasonal demand. Referral discount available.
High occupancy groups will be responsible for extra cleaning fees. Longer term stays (over 10 days) will be responsible for mandatory midstay cleaning fees.
Failure to disclose accurate guest count in your reservation will result in a deduction from security deposit and possibly void your reservation. You are only reserved for the number of guests disclosed in your booking - if this number changes, you must request a change to the booking.
Strictly the number of registered guests on the booking are permitted to stay on the premises. Failure to comply may result in being removed from the premises early or loss of security deposit.

Please note that guests are responsible for paying the 14.962% Honolulu Oahu taxes on vacation rentals (GET and TAT). The taxes are included in quoted rates. These are the same taxes you would pay staying at a hotel/inn - it is a legal requirement and we will not honor requests to remove the taxes.
We do our best to keep our calendar totally up to date but occasionally periods of personal use of our house will not go up on the calendar until last minute. Mahalo for your kokua!
