Holiday park Eiland van Maurik is located in a completely unique location, in the middle of the Betuwe and right by a large leisure lake. It will come as no surprise to you that it is very popular with nature lovers and water sports enthusiasts. The park has various types of accommodation and a large range of facilities. For example there are various places to eat and drink, such as a delightful restaurant, a cosy pizzeria, a hip beach club and a pancake restaurant. The entertainment team pull out all the stops in the school holidays to make it an unforgettable time for children. The leisure lake with its sandy beach is, of course, amazing for water fun. Unfortunately sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate, but for the solution for that problem from spring 2017 is a covered swimming pool! The indoor playground is fantastic for children of all ages. From various arcade games to table tennis and from minigolf to a relaxation area for ages 12+. Always wanted to learn archery? You can take a trial lesson at the holiday park for a fee. Along with all the options on Holiday Park Eiland van Maurik, the surrounding area is also worth seeing. The location in the Betuwe means that you can go on walking and cycling trips for kilometres, starting right by the door. The Betuwe is mostly known for its large-scale horticulture including fruit (apples, pears, cherries). You will see this when you are out and about. The central location in the Netherlands gives you the chance to visit various cities, such as the fortified city of Wijk bij Duurstede (approx. 14 km) and the cities of 's-Hertogenbosch (known as Den Bosch, approx. 48km) and Utrecht (approx. 46km.). The sleek design of this villa for 8 people gives the home a luxury appearance. The playfully laid-out living space featuring the kitchen, seating and dining area, is beautifully designed and comfortably furnished. The ground floor also has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The entire first floor consists of an open-plan bedroom with a separate toilet. On sunny days, you can relax on the partially covered terrace with garden furniture and a lounge set. From this terrace, you also have a view of the marina.

Specifics
• The season of Vakantiepark Eiland van Maurik runs from 27 March to 26 October. The facilities are always open during the holiday periods and public holidays. Outside of this there may be different opening times or some facilities may not be open.
• Animation is present in most Dutch school holidays. The climbing wall and archery are only available in most Dutch school holidays
• From 28/10 to 27/3 the park is completely focused on tranquility. The facilities, including the swimming pool, the hotel and catering industry and the arcade are closed. The pancake house is open almost every day.
• Due to the situation regarding the Corona virus, the facilities may have limited opening hours. We also adhere to the guidelines of the government and RIVM.
• The pool is always covered and is opened when the weather is nice.
• You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately
• For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
• The holiday home is exclusively available for recreation purpose only
• The national policy is aimed at minimizing social contacts with others and ensuring (hand) hygiene. At holiday parks the amenities such as entertainment, kids club, swimming pool, wellness and the restaurants may have altered opening hours or might be closed. As soon as it is possible according to government advice, facilities will be opened once again.
