Located beachfront on "Tropic of Cancer Beach" the villa enjoys overlooking a large sandy beach and the translucent blue-green waters of one of the prettiest beaches in the Bahamas.
You'll be transfixed as you gaze beyond the infinity pool and take in the natural beauty of the sparkling sea. Welcome to Yumey Sands Villa.
The Space:
Accommodating up to 10 people - every bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom. The villa boasts a large decorated great room that spills out onto the outdoor patio and expansive deck - overlooking the infinity pool, and beach. Just off to the side of the great room is an open and spacious kitchen - equipped for whatever culinary creations you have in mind. Dine on the large circular dining table (seating for 10) or use the bar stools off the kitchen island.
Bedrooms & Private Ensuites:
Bedroom 1: (sleeps 2) King bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. Ocean facing with sliding patio door.
Bedroom 2: (sleeps 2) King bed and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 3: (sleeps 4) Queen bed and bunkbed and ensuite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 4: (sleeps 4) Queen bed and bunkbed and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Beach:
With relatively calm waters, sheltered by the nearby islands, the area is great for swimming and exploring on kayaks. The beach is sandy all year round and stretches for 2 miles making it ideal for sunrise/sunset walks or runs.
