Our 3-bedroom vacation home has ocean views from every room and is packed full of amenities including a well equipped open concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances, WiFi, smart TV, a master bedroom with a walk in closet and ensuite bathroom, and a washer & dryer. Outside you will find a spacious sundeck with chairs, a BBQ and a giant private lawn.
While guests can enjoy panoramic views of the ocean from our lookout deck, it is currently not possible to access the stone beach below our embankment.
We are located within 5 minutes of Cheticamp -the gateway to
The Cabot Trail. Celtic music, seafood whale watching tours, restaurants, groceries and Le Portage Golf Course are a scenic 5-10 minute drive.

Our vacation home is nestled in the heart of the Point Cross on the outskirts of Cheticamp. A marina, golf course, grocery store, restaurant and the entrance to the Cabot Trail are all just a short drive away.
1. While it is possible to walk down our nature trail to the embankment above the beach, access to the beach is currently not possible due to a washout of the trail by Hurricane Fiona in 2022.
2. Home Sharing - We are pleased to host families of up to six people or parties of two couples who wish to share a villa. Base price is based on 4 guests. Extra guest fees apply to a 5th and 6th guest. The sharing of a villa by 3 couples, however, is not permitted. Some exceptions apply, but these require approval by the owner.
3. Guests are welcome to use our 240 Volt / 50 Amp outlet on the side of the home for EV charging, but should bring their own cable and outlet adapter. (The outlet is shown in the photo gallery on this listing and is compatible with an RV cable.) Charging fees apply at 25 cents/KWh.
- Guests wishing to cook lobster, crab or other fish must do so outside on the barbeque using a grill or boilers. Cooking fish inside will result in forfeiture of damage deposit and fines of $500 or more.
- Guests acknowledge that this is a large 7 acre, largely unlandscaped property with an embankment. Climbing down the embankment is difficult, not advisable and at guests own risk.
- Guests must keep noise levels to within reasonable levels in order to preserve our good relations with our neighbours.
-- Sharing of the property by 3 couples or more than four adults is not permitted. Some exceptions apply.
--We cannot accommodate guests arriving by ATVs / side-by-sides.
